HOW LONG DO I SPEND WITH THE JUMP?
The best thing would be to reserve the whole day. As we can't rule neither the rain nor the wind, with the best will in the world we are not able to assure the accurate hour (day) of the jump.

WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER?
We contact each customer on the jumping day in the very morning to inform them about the current weather at the dropzone. In case of a bad weather, the jump is being canceled and rescheduled according to customer's preference.

HOW DO I RECOGNISE SHOCKJUMP ORGANISERS AT THE DROPZONE?
All Shockjump organisers are easily recognisable by wearing a company t-shirts. The company t-shirt is black-coloured, with a Shockjump logo and the inscription "STAFF". If you still couldn't spot anyone like that at the dropzone, look for a big SHOCKJUMP flag - our team is around.

WHEN DO I GET THE PICTURES AND VIDEO OF MY JUMP?
As our highest aim is to make your experience, as well as a video record of it first-rate, we edit your video by professional tools and therefore it's impossible to provide you your DVD right at the dropzone. You will receive your DVD by registered mail within 7 days. In case you bring a USB key, the pictures of your jump can be provided right at the dropzone (you receive it on a CD as well), or we just send it to you along with the DVD - depends on your decision.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO JUMP WITHOUT THE SKYDIVING SUIT?
As a matter of principle, yes, it is, however we presume to advise against. It's usually really cold in the height of 4000 m, even if there's a hot summer down at the dropzone, hence not wearing the suit could worsen the pleasure of the jump significantly. Moreover, the suits prevents the wind of making your clothes baggy.

IS TANDEM JUMP A SUITABLE EXPERIENCE FOR CHILDREN?
The minimum limit is the age of 8, plus meeting the size requirements.

WHY THERE IS AN EXTRA FEE FOR PEOPLE OVER 95kg?
An extra fee for people over 95kg had to be introduced as there is extra straining of the gear in case of passengers over the limit.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BASIC AND SPECIAL GIFT VOUCHER?
The basic gift voucher has a standard design with the name and dedication text being printed. Special gift voucher is of an individual design according to your wish (different color, another picture, different size etc.).

WHAT MAKES THE PRICE OF SEPARATE PHOTO AND VIDEO MAKING THE SAME?
Whether it concerns the video making, or photography making, or both, to provide these there's a need of another solo skydiver-cameraman jumping alongside the tandem. Because of this fact the fixed costs of making separate video or separate photographies are equall, despite the price of video + photomaking is just 10€ more.

WHAT TIME IS MY GIFT VOUCHER VALID TO?
The gift voucher is valid until the end of 2009 season - that means any time from the beginnig of april to the end of october. The gift voucher is not transferable into the next season.

CAN I WEAR MY DIOPTRIC GLASSES DURING THE JUMP?
Yes, it is possible. We provide the passenger with FlexVision goggles in "Overglasses" shape, fixing dioptric glasses safely, while passenger enjoys the clear view.
